Hi. Thank you for having an interest in our wall protector. It could be used on the chair rail. However, the way of wrapping it on the chair rail might affect the adhesiveness. Therefore, we are unable to 100% sure it is applicable.

And the total length of Opel Meriva 2017 is approximately 159.4", which is smaller than the SUV size we tested. Ampulla garage wall protector should be long enough for Opel Meriva 2017 if the protectors are put on a proper position on the wall.
