Great for lifting workouts.
I use these to do pull ups in the gym with the top jug part. The rope slides a little and looses it's setting on one of them so I've had to tie an overhand knot to make it work. Excellent workmanship.

This product is simply amazing. It's pricey but the investment is completely worth it. It's super light, durable and portable. If you want to work your finger(s) and grip strength, this product is an amazing addition for anyone who wants to take their grip and climbing strength to the next level. While being able to bring it with them virtually anywhere.

Great Gear!
The Ucraft Evo Rings are great! Great quality and durability. I especially like that the bottom holds accommodate four fingers and not limited to just two like other rings.
