These were far too big & long. I'm not well padded in build, just tall,long waisted 5’7” tall 32-34” waist. Pull down like pants if careful,stuck with one tab on one side two on the other,as lay on one side & wear trousers or pj’s. Would feel conspicuous if had to be seen standing in public as these are so big & very bulky. I do have sensitive & didn’t react to these. ‘Delta form’ are totally different & caused a skin rash,good value for those less sensitive.Purchased pack of Large2& 3,which were fine. Size L2 for semi-incontinant at night .This size will not absorb a lot of liquid though.The tabs do not take repositioning once stuck.Need to wear something else to keep these from slipping to1/2 mast if you can stand or walk.They are comfortable.

We got these for my father-in-law as teh standard issue (Tena) resulted in the bed being wet every morning and everything needing a wash. These Abena pads were brilliant and we have not had any leakage or wet beds. Have since been issued with the tena slips which are a bit better than the pads and don't leak but the smell is neutralised much better with these Abena pads. i.e no noticable smell , whereas with the tena a there is a strong stink in the morning.So although these are quite expensive, if you can afford it then go for these every time. ( I have wondered whether we could get away with the M1 or M2 which are a bit cheaper and strill claim to absorb much more than the Tena.)

As my incontinence has worsened I've found the tena pants I used to use during the day (I've always used nappies at night) aren't always good enough any more, leading to embarrassing leaks. I was looking for something discrete enough to wear during the day for work and trips out and these fit the bill. They're cloth backed so they don't rustle, and with a onesie over they don't sag if wet. They also don't swell much even if soaked. Absorbency wise they can take a proper accident, a full bladder, without leaking. They are not however absorbent enough to wear for a prolonged period/multiple accidents like some of the less discrete nappies are, so I use these in the day, but they do need changing once they're wet.I tried to use these for overnight but found them not absorbent enough, I tend to wet heavily 3 times a night and these leaked if I didn't change middle of night which I don't want to be doing so I've gone back to tykables overnight. For me being able to sleep soundly and not have to change either in the middle of the night or as soon as I wake up (with the tykables I can keep my overnight nappy on if I lie in and for breakfast until I shower) is worth the extra cost.This is a good middle ground for someone struggling with heavier wetting but still needing a level of discretion. I probably use 3 or 4 of these on an average day and one tykable overnight, so it would be cheaper to use the tykables daytime too, however these are far thinner and more discrete.

Great product. Comfy & secure fit. 4 tabs that are good to re fasten a few times. Good absorbancy.Fast delivery. BUT only about 80% discreet packaging ! No labels. But only Came in thick plain black plastic. No cardboard box,Meaning my house mate was able to get a good feel, and now knows I have incontinence issues.

The adhesive strips do NOT stick and the size information given is inaccurate and bears no resemblance to reality. Sadly as is the case with all items of this kind, no company will accept returns of unopened packs or refund I purchased two packs, only opened one I should have thrown my money in the gutter for all the good this product is. DO NOT BUY THEM. I star rate them as minus 10 to the power of 10.
