Also, this doesn't have a touch device friendly finger.I use this in conjunction with my Garmin watch and smart phone to track workouts.You have to take the glove off to enter data.My $10 winter gloves work better and are smart device friendly.I ended up buying fingerless weight lifting gloves.

If you are purchasing the Undersun resistant band workout program I would highly recommend these gloves. I tried to use the gloves I wear at the gym with no fingers but they're just not the same. Your hands will need all over protection and coverage to get the best quality workout.

Very appropriate for the purpose intended, use during exercise with heavy bands.Only critique of this product (which I like very much) is that the pair I receivedwere listed as large and I would consider them to be size small. Fortunately Ihave small hands for a man so was not a “BIG” problem. Could be they were justmiss marked but FYI to other customers.

I was using fingerless gloves to work out with my resistance bands for a while and I couldn't get a a good workout in. I couldn't really get a good grip on the bands no matter how I held them and the sides/fingers would eventually peel or feel like they were burning afterwards. These gloves have enabled me to get a better grasp on the bands to get optimal movement working on different parts of my body. I would definitely get these gloves to actually get the full benefit of these bands!

Fit was perfect, and the extra padding on the sides really saves your hands when you’re going heavy on the bands. I actually got the bands before i bought these and although i was using other gym gloves they weren’t up to the job. These are borderline perfect.
