The media could not be loaded. This is the simplest way to start your first pass with an Alaskan saw mill. I had two black walnut trees that had died so we decided to make a decorative wall. Worked great.

They worked like I thought they would. I have been using 2 by 4 s in place of these, and of coarse if you mill your own wood, like I do you no 2by4s split out pretty quick .

These work great and very easy to use.

The media could not be loaded. The metal should be more sturdy and not so easy to bend on the tabs that secure it to the 2 by 4 rails. Also the screws that come with it are junk. The heads just snap off and then the screw is stuck in the wood. Just get short wood screws

I love this product. Much cheaper than aluminum rails and quick to set up. Simplified my chainsaw milling process over my handmade wood rail system.

The package of screws supplied with the product is junk. Throw them away and get some steel wood screws.If the screws supplied don’t snap they bend making it almost impossible to remove them.

Takes a minute to figure out how to keep the log still so you can make the brackets level but then its a breeze. One wish is more screw holes along the bottom (I may add these on my own) so my cap piece isn't so far into the log. But other than that I like this system.
