Questo supporto è molto stabile. In foto sembrava di plastica, invece è in metallo, e molto robusto. Nella confezione c'è tutto il necessario per montarlo comodamente sul manubrio della moto. Molto comoda è la gomma/elastico per aggiungere sicurezza e stabilità allo smartphone (non è immediata da posizionare, ma una volta inserita rende lo smartphone praticamente immobile). Il supporto permette di mantenere il cellulare sia in verticale che orizzontale (ad esempio comodo per il navigatore) semplicemente ruotandolo ed effettuando alcuni scatti. Endlich mal eine robuste, hervorragend verarbeitete Handyhalterung aus hochwertigem Material (leichte Alulegierung). Das Handy hält i.A. auch ohne den zusätzlichen Gummispanner, selbst auf anspruchsvollen MTB-Trails.1. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Am Schnellspanner selbst befindet sich kein Gummi- oder Federzug, der die Handy-Zange zusammen zieht. Wenn sich die große Halterungsschraube an der Zange löst, rutscht das Handy heraus. Hier hätte eine Vorrichtung zum Einspannen eines einfachen Gummirings genügt, der in der Halterung verbleiben kann und selbige zusammen zieht, selbst wenn sich die Haupt-Halterungsschraube mal lösen sollte. Der mitgelieferte Gummispanner hingegen muss jedes Mal um die Halterung und das Handy herum gelegt werden - eine "Fuddelarbeit", die man sich dabei ersparen könnte.2. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Zum Filmen / Fotografieren mit dem Handy muss selbiges aufgrund eines fehlenden Kippscharniers erst aus der Halterung entfernt werden. Das ist erfahrungsgemäß umständlich und während einer Fahrt praktisch nicht möglich. Andere Hersteller haben ein zusätzliches Scharnier zum vertikalen "Hochklappen" des Handys eingebaut um ein Filmen oder Fotografieren während einer Fahrt zu ermöglichen. Das ist besonders hilfreich bei der Nutzung von Fahrradapps wie bspw. Komoot, um Bilder von der Strecke festzuhalten ohne das Handy ständig aus der Halterung entfernen zu müssen.

...its more than good enough for my bicycle. I've tried many mounts for my phone. The garmin style ones and rubber ones all flop about too much. This is really well engineered. Goodness know you don't want to drop a £1000 phone while riding. The rotating mechanism (to switch between portrait/landscape) is positive and firm, with no wobbles. It's great because i can center the phone over my stem, or move it to one side to leave my cycle computer in the middle.Make sure you install the rubber pads provided for the arms and give the bracket a firm squeeze before locking the bolt behind it. It will only hold onto your phone with the force you applied when it was locked closed, there is no spring retention, only clamping. So squish, lock, then ride.I've done over 50kmh on descents and many rocky trails with no drama.

Well made with a BUT ..... The plastic inserts for the clamp are not a correct fit to the bracket. They are supposed to clip around the outside of the bracket but the insert is not quite wide enough. I had to glue the insert in place to avoid insanity during installation. However once fitted and securely tightened all is well. The twist locking detent is a bit sloppy in so far as when turning the orientation it feels solid, but the first bump in the road let's the phone tilt sideways about 5 degrees from the detent position. Not a real problem but one that is irksome, for me at least.I would buy again but hence a loss of 1 star for those two minor issues.
