Great jars to preserve freshness for expensive ingredients!
I purchased 8 of these jars to hold working amounts of my gluten free flours. (I store the rest in my freezer.) I think these jars will help to keep my nut flours fresh & reduce the chance of rancidity. I use a long handled coffee scoop to remove the flours from the jar into my measuring cups when baking. So far they work well, have a small footprint, & look great! I plan to add more jars to my collection in the future.

Can't wash lid, very heavy glass, hard to pour
The lid had a plastic squishy material that gets soggy when you put it in the dishwasher. The glass is very heavy. And in case you wanted to use for liquids, it's terrible. For this price point, I expected perfection.
