Loose screws from factory broken glass
UPDATE now the glass shattered thankfully I work in a shop so I was able to make a cover but still come on this is ridiculous Fits good but not even after a 20 minute ride all of the screws on the acrylic glass came off

MIGHT NEED TO GET A THICKER GASKET FOR CARB.
I like the way it looks, overall not to bad of a install. a bit of fiddling required. THIS ITEM DOES NOT FIT FLUSH to the CV40 stock harley 2002 carb. but a work around is double down on your gaskets. or have a CNC machine to take some off the air filter housing. I just took make a gasket and made 3 and stacked them problem solved, mine was thinner make a gasket but a thicker one would work fine too. I do not quiet understand the need for the back air flow though the bolt holes, i guess its different on some Harleys. taking the fliter out can be a bit fidgety, but after its installed looks great. just get thicker gaskets before installing or your going to have to take it off again once you see the 2mm gap.
