This way of low carb eating is a great lifestyle for diabetics like myself and a number of other ailments. This book helped take me out of yoyo weight management and put me back in control. I no longer crave empty carbs, at all. I would recommend this book to anyone who is even considering Atkins.

A detailed explanation about the 4 phases of Atkins diet, you will discover what happens and what to expect during those specific phases. Matthew Allan did an amazing job in writing this ebook because it guides us on the food we can enjoy and what we need to avoid on each phases. What I like about this book is that it has a wide selection of delicious recipes that are applicable to each of the 4 phases. Each recipes on this ebook has a nutritional information which I find really helpful.

I'm excited for this
This book helps you break free from the the unhealthy eating all them carbohydrates. The book divides the diet into 4 phases and even includes recipes. It says you can eat non-starchy vegetables, up to 115g of butter and a plethora of other things. Personally I haven't implemented the diet yet but I'm keener than ever to get this belly fat off me! I've heard my friends talk about this and it's done a decent job of showing me what to do.

Ideal diet form!
The Atkin diet is very interesting and it may be the most effective diet that we can easily follow throughout our life. It is not like any other food regimen. It’s not something that you take up and abandon whenever you feel like it, rather, it is a healthy lifetime approach to eating that will help you achieve your ideal weight and maintain it. This book will help you to follow Atkin diet, a nutritional way of eating.
