Good product
This order arrived early and in perfect shape. The blade on this knife is short, about 6 inches, but it is VERY sharp and slices vegetables perfectly.

a better way to cut stuff
My hands and wrists are weak and frequently painful. This knife is GREAT for meal prep. I only want to use this knife because it's so much easier to work with. I have a few longer & bigger chef's knives in this same right-angle style, but find I'm always reaching for this smaller & lighter one that serves most of my needs. I've repurchased a few because I think they are so great. Highly recommend even if you don't have weak or painful hands & wrists.This knife just feels like a better way to cut stuff.

I could design a better knife for Arthritic people!
Nothing wrong with this knife except if you have bad arthritic hands how do you grip the handle?It would have been better to have a handle with an extra front piece for those who cannot make a fist.

Excellente adaptation pour mains handicapées
Ce couteau robuste est d’une excellente qualité de fabrication et d’adapter bien pour ceux qui ont besoin dune position à la verticale pour couper, au lieu à l’horizontal comme on le fait naturellement! Item tout indiquer pour tous ceux qui ont un problème ergonomique pour tenir et couper des aliments! Il tranche absolument tout sans devoir faire beaucoup d’effort dans cet axe!
