Good for the kids
Great customer service but the actually helicopters are very cheaply made. They were bending in packages and one arrived with no lights working.

Launcher fails right away
The hand held launcher has a pull string that shreds and balls up and makes the toy useless. Made with poor materials. All 3 launchers failed right away. first day.

The string pulls out of the holder
The string pulls completely out of the holder and a couple of the lights didn’t work.

Bent/Warped
They were bent/warped when they arrived due to the packaging and/or mishandling by the postal service. They do however work, just not as high and smooth as they would have.

A little flimsy, but flew well. Need to pull string carefully since it is not a sturdy plastic. Would buy again.
