I needed a laptop to work on Linux OS as it was not going to be used for games (8-bit work fine) just emails, programming and web work I found this laptop at a very low price for what you get, full keyboard with number pad, 15.4 screen and large scroll pad, I was so impressed that I told my sister in law and she bought one the same day and it works well for her to fill in reports and create documents, spread sheets and web work. Easy upgrade SSD with access on the back of the laptop and side micro SDHC which works well with a 256Gb chip. I think the cost for this level of PC would be about £350+the customer service and any questions request is good they will get back to you within 24 hours

I read the reviews and not that I put much confidence in Amazon reviews these days anyway but these positive reviews on this Laptop are way off the mark. This Laptop is slow and the camera is over exposed. It also comes with a US keyboard so you have to use stickers (provided) when changing to UK. Any updates takes practically hours to complete and before you say isn’t that normal…no…a Lenovo I bought on Amazon recently for £100 more than this is smoath and quick. Open more than 2 programs and the Laptop grinds to a painful slow and glitchy halt and this is just after a clean install and completed update, it will only get worse from here as windows starts to dump its code in the background. A frustrating mess of a Laptop and stay well clear…most expensive door stop I’ve purchased on Amazon.

Package arrived all good. Everything works great. However, the plug is faulty and it means it has to be a certain position for the plug to actually work. If it gets knocked then it loses connection and doesn't charge. You can hear it arching in the transformer, so if it charges it is a great laptop for the price. Just the plug lets it down or it would be 5 stars.If a replacement could be sent that would be great?

I was sceptical, but I need'nt have bothered, been very pleased with it so far. Only one downside so far, when I came to remove the screen proctor, the pull tab came away and so screen protector is stil on and I do not wish to scratch the screen removing it. Any suggestions. Computer is fast enough for my purpose and not noticed any lag or slowness.

No negative moments yet, really like that laptop, the only thing is that you need to download the program to be able to view photos.

Is discribed as ssd and is really emmc.windows updated and lost sound driver ( DO NOT UPDATE WINDOWS ), and now its gone and almost impossible to get back. has real charging issues. its a beautiful machine but way too flawed and really slow. im considering returnin as just doesnt get the job done, such a shame . i love teclast , but they bummed out on this one

My technology isn't brilliant these days but this laptop was so easy to set up. Delighted with it so far and price to suit my purse.
