Stainless Steel Straws

I just received mine today and I really like them! They're a little smaller width-wise than I anticipated (they’re about as wide as a typical plastic straw as opposed to one you might use for a shake or smoothie) but they’re very sturdy, the cleaning brush that comes with them is definitely a plus, and they fit in the opening of my extra large Yeti tumbler, which makes sense that they wouldn’t be very wide. They’re tall enough too, which is great! I would definitely recommend these to others.

I love these. I did a slight mod and added a short length of clear hose to cover the end i sip from to prevent chipping a tooth when i get in a hurry to sip from them ;) I guess it's a learning curve from switching to soft plastic to stainless steal. I really like the stainless steel straws. I would really like it if they came a little shorter for the 20oz. Cup. I would also like it if the circumference of the straw was a little bigger such as the McDonald's straw. Just my input and not a criticism. What I like about the straw is that I use a lot of ice and the regular straw always cracked and split under the pressure of the hard ice. I'm enjoying your product and glad I found your site. I was introduced to metal straws in Costa Rica, where they are all about the environment. I will not use anything else! Drinks taste fresher and colder and each use is one less piece of plastic that will end up in our landfills and oceans. Like most other reviews, the circumference could be a bit wider, but the length is great for my Yeti.

I was a bit concerned about the metal straw, because it will conduct heat. Turns out that is not an issue. Length is perfect in the 30oz. My only complaint is the straw diameter is a bit smaller than I would prefer. I'll bet it will be less than optimal for really thick drinks. For Cokes or Iced Tea, etc. it does well.

The drinking straws I got with the Arctic 30oz cup are great. The stainless steel straws make drinks taste more fresh. The pouch holds the other three together so they are not as easy to misplace. Also, the cleaning brush is great because now I don't have to figure out a way to clean them. I have already ordered some for a friend and with the 30oz cup they are going to make affordable Christmas gifts.

I like to use straws and kept wishing I had something to use with hot liquids. What to do? Go to Amazon of course! There they were, ordered them, liked them so much I ordered another size and finally a third size so I can cover all possibilities. Love the little brushes too, that way your sure they are clean inside and out.

I ordered the straws after reading about what a problem straws cause. Buying them as a way to eliminate a source of trash and problem in landfills seemed like a good idea. When I discovered how much colder a drink is through one of these straws, I was thrilled. I won't ever be without one now.
