No Matter What: Choose Joy Whether You Stay in or Leave a Hard Marriage

I’m only halfway through this little novella and it’s already helped me and healed me so much! It should be characterized more as a self-improvement book. I love that Ward covers so much, individually, than just about going through her specific struggles. This book is for everyone, not just someone struggling in marriage or through divorce. Even just reminding me how to allow myself to feel my emotions. Some people—especially adults—need that kind of “permission” in their lives. This book has also helped me form my own personal mantra for this year. I love that Ward created this book alongside a professional life coach to help provide tips and information that everyone can use at some point in their lives. Such an inspiring story and individual.

This is a relatable, personal, authentic ‘hitchhikers guide’ for exercising faith in the Savior in uncertainty, and during the stretching phases when the end of the story hasn’t quite been written yet. You’ll love the book start to finish like I did. I just wish the author would tell us all when her next book is coming out!

Just the book I needed at this time in my life! It was she was talking to me a friend with no judgement only beautiful words of encouragement!

I read this book over a few days and it was great! I am not divorced, or thinking about divorce, but it still offers many good self-helps. What marriage doesn't need improvement?! The author discusses many great topics and has several entries from her Life Coach to dig deeper!My book is all marked up in the margins and in the chapter notes sections.I totally recommend this book and love the title, "NO MATTER What" - - Choose JOY!! Coral did an amazing job with a very difficult marriage.**I also appreciated that this was not a husband bashing book, the author had a difficult marriage, but her focus is on helping/healing, not on the negative.

I Love how the Author literally opened the door to the reader as she would invite a friend in to her life experiences of emotions, but also walks you through the steps of self love, resilience, faith, hope and literally helps you find that light at the end of the tunnel. This book is not just for Women but also Men, we All want and deserve to break free from a toxic relationship that so many can’t break free and like Coral Ward said “Choose Joy whether you stay in or leave a hard marriage.” I also loved the support of Jamme Andelin in the Author’s journey left me really thinking...Amazing book! Well done 👍🏼 👏🏼👏🏼

You don’t have to be in a bad marriage to enjoy this book. The principals are the same for all life’s challenges.Hands down my favorite quote is “are my thoughts fueling me or draining me”My BFF was falling apart one day by imploding stress. I used that quote to help her. In that moment her thoughts were draining her. This quote helped & was just what she needed to hear to pull herself together to keep on keeping on ...I love how I’ve been able to find JOY in my life despite my challenges. Great quick read

This book was very well written! Coral tells her story in a way that is very respectful of her ex-husband and children. She gives tips on setting boundaries in marriage that can also be used in other life situations. Ideas on helping your children and also hearing them and loving them. She helps you to see how you to love yourself after going through the trials that life sometimes throws at us. Genuinely love this book and grateful for Coral and her example and willingness to put it out there to help others!

Wow! Coral is stunning inside and out! She takes trials and turns them into beauty and positivity! This book gives great advice about mindset that applies to so much more than marriage and divorce. I especially loved her tips on self-compassion, boundaries, and defining your core values! Definitely recommend to all people navigating relationships of any kind!
