This is a great light. It has three levels of brightness and it is perfect for when I'm working at night and don't want all the lights on. The one thing I will say is that the base isn't big enough or heavy enough to keep it upright in many positions. It basically has to be upright in the perfect position or it toppled over. Other than that, it's great.

I ordered the blue one. I was a bit skeptical at first, because it felt to lightweight and the wire from base to light felt too thin to hold up the light. Not the case. In the box came the lamp, charging cord, and little user manual. The charging cord has a usb 2.0 end (which I plugged into a Samsung charger base).This is a wonderful and portable little lamp with 3 brightness settings and both sides of the lamp head are usable while opened or closed. It came with a charge so I could immediately play with it. Touch settings fist, second, third is dim, medium, and bright. One side of the lamphead is partially coved and perfect for a little night light. The other side is completely open and great for a flashlight or lamp. Best part, it is completely portable. It could be carried like a flashlight, hung in the closet, on a doorknob. That's just to name a few uses.The pre-charge lasted for over 2 hrs on bright after I played with it. Then the bright setting began to dim a little for over 2 more hours. It did not take long to charge back up either.I received this item at a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

This is a fun little lamp that has 3 different settings for reading/crafting. The lowest setting is light enough to read something while in the dark, the medium setting is brighter and really lights up an area pretty well (in fact, I used this settings the other night to quickly shine on my ironing board to iron a pair of shorts real quick while my husband was sleeping. Worked really well! The highest setting is bright enough to light up the room as though a full sized lamp is on. Tried to take pics in my dark bathroom as examples of each setting. The "neck" of the lamp is movable and easily bent into other positions to aim the light. The switch is slightly sensitive, so you have to make sure it is completely off when putting it back into start position. Great little lamp for the price! Very useful. The arm could be much firmer so it holds its position better.Update 4 months later. Mine stopped working tonight. Touch the power button and nothing happens even though it's completely charged and plugged in. It should have lasted longer than that. It was great while it lasted though.

I just received this in the mail yesterday, and I'm very impressed ! This reading lamp is everything and more than I expected ! Well made and ease of use. It comes all charged and never needs a battery because it already has a lithium battery inside. When the battery gets low they give you a charger cord that can be charged right on your computer or in a wall plug with your own adapter. I can imagine myself using this all the time and not just when the lights go out, (which they do all the time where I live) walking the dog is a definite plus, to carry this lamp you can twist the arm anyway you like, or just carry it with it with you for a light at night !! I love this lamp for several reasons. First it will be great to take camping because it comes with a rechargeable battery that you can recharge with a USB port. The cable is included. The second reason and to me the most important is because it has three different levels of brightness. You can turn it dim for a nightlight or make it brighter to read by. In a campground at night it will be easier than any other because it comes on with such a light touch. It also will be great if your power goes off at night at your home for a great flashlight. It's flexible shape will allow you to bend it to shine the light where you need it. I received this at a discount in exchange for a honest review.

Don't know how I got along without it! Perfect little light for desk or bedside and the variable brightness makes it groom for a night light or to illuminate a dim closet or corner. It can hang or open it up for a "gooseneck" style. They are LED lights and you get a charger to plug it in to the wall. I charged mine up overnight when I first got it, have been using it a a bedside lamp every night for a couple weeks and have yet to recharge. I think I need about six more of these!

Lasted about seven months. The cord went first, wouldn't stand anymore. Then the light gave out a week later. It was a pretty good light while it lasted. Wish it would have at least lasted me a year. Won't be repurching again.
