Grammar Made it Hard to Read!
It had very bad grammar in it. It was difficult to read because of the grammar and bad sentence structure. It has a nice message, but you can find other books like this with better grammar and easier to understand. I wish I didn’t spend my money on it.

Can't understand - Grammar is horrible
I am trying to get through this book but it's so hard with how horribly it is written. The terrible grammar it making it really hard to understand. It was obviously not proof read before printed. I'm sure the overall message to be had from this book is great and beneficial, however, it's not a book that I'm going to recommend to family or friends based on how hard it is to read with how bad the grammar is. I'm not entirely sure if I am going to bother to finish reading this book either.

Horrible grammar
This book was horribly written. It conveys a nice message, but it's difficult to get past the poorly written grammar and sentence structure. It misses periods and commas, and has random capitalized letters. It was distracting from the point of the book.

Calm the mind and think positively
Confidence in my job and abilities at work have not been an issue for me in a long time. However, I have always struggled with shutting off negative thoughts and worries, especially at night or before meeting new people or going into new situations. I started meditating in the past year and that as the book suggests has really helped with shutting down thoughts at night and calming my mind. I am trying to work on the mindfulness now, which the book recommends as well. Due to my health, yoga is not an option for me at this time, but I can see where the slow calming movements would help with overthinking. I think this is a good read for anyone who has self doubts and needs a little help being more positive about themselves.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Must read to boost self love !!
I am now happy I got this book and had a chance to read it. I feel so motivated and inspired to change my daily routine, thoughts and treatment to lots of things. I loved how the book leads you through the main aspects that impact self esteem and self treatment : there was a chapter about self love itself, positive thinking — great explanation WHY negative thoughts ruin us from inside— then chapter about Balance in life, Communication with other people and a right way for recreation.I tried meditations for the first time in my life and so great full for this discovery! Did not try yoga yet, but thinking about it as well!About communication — wow, so turns out it was me who stopped me from being charming and confident, Jennifer correctly explains how to get rid of it.Gave it 5 stars 🌟❤️❤️

Wow!
3. I found this book on Amazon after deciding to do self-reflection and some inner work on myself. Wow! What can I say, but how amazed I was after reading each chapter and doing the exercises. I spent a whole day on the book and didn’t just read it. I wrote down everything that was required after reading each chapter. This book has helped me to see the obstacles I have put in my own way to achieving my personal growth. I bought a kindle version but am going to get a paper version. It is so well written, concise and I got so much from it! RECOMMEND!

Loved the book!
I really liked it; applying on practice now!The style it’s written in is nice and easy to follow, and pleasant to read! The advice is clear and seems trustworthy. I felt motivated and relieved after finishing!It really set me in a more optimistic mood :)

New to self improvement
I have recently started my journey to self love and I found this book very easy to read and follow.Some great advice on how to plan for the future, I love the wheel of life activity, this has really helped me see where I can improve my life.Really good read, thank you

Pretty good
Was a good insight into self love and finding ways to love yourself first. Does exactly what the title says. Great book

not the best
author had good intentions when writing the book, but the english language in this book was just butchered. it was hard to read through the poor dialogue, and i was getting quite annoyed trying to read through the grammar and weird wording.
