Ordered the alcool-free Toner, received the Facial Toner...Also, the ingredients listed on the add and the picture are incomplete. The ingredient listed on bottle includes phenoxyethanol, which is toxic.Very disapointed. DON'T BUY!

Product has a slightly different front label than advertised (Facial Toner being the main font as opposed to Witch Hazel on the product I was trying to buy). Both say they're alcohol free on the front but the advertised one had a picture of the ingredients, none of which were alcohol, but the one that was sent to me clearly lists phenyoxyethanol as an ingredient, despite saying it's alcohol-free on the front!! Phenoxyethanol is an alcohol and can cause allergic reactions in adults and is dangerous to breastfeeding infants. Considering I bought this for post-partum use, I definitely can't use it with phenoxyethanol. Unethical, deceitful - and apparently I can't return it! Trying to get a refund from Amazon but who knows.

This formulation contains phenoxyethanol. The ingredient list in the sellers pictures do not show this ingredient. Of course, they will not offer refund/refund.

Received the Toner instead of the Hazel Witch product.According to the ingredient list on the bottle I have, the Toner contains alcohol (SD acohol-40B) and fragrance which is what I wanted to avoid by buying the Hazel Witch product. Very disappointed.EDIT : Did some research on Thayers website, found out that the bottle I have have the same ingredients as their Astringent products, but with a Toner label... (?) Anyway, what I got does not match the above pictures at all.

I'm not insanely picky, but I purchased the astringent unscented witch hazel to make "padsicles" for post partum, and just like other review on here, to no surprise I was sent the facial toner product instead, which I believe has less witch hazel and it does contain the Phenoxyethanol. Perhaps this is their replacement product, and they have discontinued the other one, but its very misleading to be sent a product that is completely different from what the photos show. Luckily, if I don't like it , I did buy a back up witch hazel.
