great improvement immediately!
They were comfortable immediately, I did not need to 'get used to them'. I have seen improvement almost as soon as I put them in my shoes. I wish I had bought them sooner.

Que el material es muy comodo, nada molesto y muy bueno.
Me encantaron estas plantillas , me llegaron ayer y hoy las estrene ando despertar desde las 7pm , usualmente para este momento u hr. Después de todo lo que he hecho ya me duelen los pies y Nestor sentarme a descansarlos o hacer mis ejercicios. Pero la verdad he andado comodisima, más por que tengo fascitis plantar and sido un gran alivio para mi. AMPLIAMENTE RECOMENDADAS!!!😉
