Chef Tony Mega Bacon Pan with Tongs

Works well. Still might want to flip thicker cuts of bacon to allow more even cooking.

I have baked my bacon for years, but always fought the greasy mess in the pan. Seeing this item I knew I wanted to give it a try. It works great! The bacon comes out crispy and perfect every time and nearly "dry"..meaning the fat is dripped away. Since we buy our bacon from a butcher it is thicker so I put a slice in every other rack and stagger it ( I don't do 18 slices at a time) so the heat and air circulate better. It frees you up to make the rest of your meal..no more standing over the stove, being popped by hot grease and having the bacon curl up. I can see myself using this pan often.
