Very thin metal
This one is made of lighter gauge metal than other of the same reflector I have. It's a very good reflector for an AD400 the mount lets the flash tube stand out more than using the Bowens mount adaptor. Improves output of the head compared to the standard reflector.

Adds power to the flash by narrowing the beam
Effective reflector add about a stop from the standard reflector. Only problem is it takes a 7" grid spot and I can't find one

Great little reflector....
I really enjoyed the AD-R6 so much, that I bought two more. I love these reflectors for recreating that Old Hollywood-style mixture of controlling a harder light. This reflector is lightweight and has a Bowens mount so that it works with pretty much all of the newer Bowens-compatible light platforms and adapters...Godox also makes a honey comb set of adapters for this modifier ranging from 20 to 60 degrees. Overall this is a great modifier, and I have thoroughly enjoyed using it.

Good replacement reflector
Pros:- Bowens mount- solidly built- great hardlight modifierCons:- NoneChances are, if you’re looking for this, you already know what this does. In case you don’t, this is a hardlight modifier for godoc strobes or constant lights or any light that has a Bowens mount. It’s easy to set up and you’re good to go.
