My water bottle was stolen at work, so I got one of these with my name on it. Hasn't been stolen. I stays frozen for a long time too.

By review is so brief that I’m hoping it goes through but I really don’t have words other than it is On Point and Flawless!

I ordered this bottle because I wanted to get an engraved bottle. I wanted a quality and sturdy water bottle to keep with me at all times. I also figured it would help motivate me to drink more water as well. The plastic bottles are nice too. However plastic is bad. So it would be nice to have either a glass or stainless steel bottle for my water. But one that still looks nice to help motivate me. I placed my order and the seller reached out to me immediately with photos of what it would look like and to see if I wanted to make any changes. Which I'm extremely grateful for. After they sent it to me I realized I didn't really care for the font I picked after being able to see it. I picked a different font and she was able to send me pictures with the new font both up and down and left to right to see which one I liked more. I was able to pick the placement of the font on the back as well. After they got everything they needed they told me they would make it that day and ship it out as soon as possible. And I got it 2 days later. I'm so happy they reached out to me beforehand to iron out all the little details. It's even more beautiful in person and I'm extremely happy with the outcome. This is a high quality bottle, durable and leak proof. And The custom service is absolutely phenomenal. Highly recommend!If I had one complaint it would be that I wish they had more ombre color effects. And if they ever get that I will definitely be ordering more bottles even if I don't need them 😂.

This is a really nicely engraved bottle. The bottle is pretty sturdy but the plastic top will break if you drop it. It is not leak proof at all even when brand new. If you set it on it’s side expect to have water leak everywhere.

I bought this for my sons daycare and it’s so cute. He can now have cold water to pour in his sippy cup throughout the day with his name wrote on the side of it. I’m so happy and the seller contacted me to ensure everything was correct & was extremely sweet.(Last name in picture scribbled out for privacy)

I ordered several of these tumblers. I love them all. They are well made and the designs are flawless. I was only going to order one to see the quality first. Within a couple of hours I received an email with a photo of the design and wording I had chosen to review. Thankfully, they did this because I didn’t choose the correct font. They immediately sent me a new image to verify that is what I wanted. I was so impressed with the customer service, I ordered 3 more. They all arrived within 3 days and each one was exactly what I had requested. The pictures and wording are etched in so there is no chance of it fading from use or washing. I will DEFINITELY be ordering more!!!!
