The Quality of the image was not what I was promised
The product that came was not up to the promised standards. In order to use the camers, we needed to download an app as well. The quality of the image is quite poor, reminded me of the videos from around 10 ago. The stabilisation of the image almost nonsexistened. The sound pick up is bad. It was alright with blutooth microphone but only the person speaking, where as I needed the surroundings as well.The Amazon service was alright. The product came quickly and intact. I only had the issue with the product itself.

Cant connet to phone
The camera is good in this price range but battery life decreased with in 10 to 15 minutes and also not connected to your phone.

Manufacturing Defect
When I inserted the memory card recording starts automatically and no button works that time to stop the recording not even power button works to switch off the camera. But when I remove the memory card the power button works to switch off the camera. I have purchased the product from you because " 1 YEAR REPLACEMENT WARRANT " is mentioned in your description. But unfortunately no phone number is mentioned there to raise an issue. Now please prove the details to replace the camera which is having manufacturing defect.

Horrible experience
The product came with some technical issues, requested for a replacement, when the replacement came, the bluetooth was missing. When contacted the supplier, the executives there are so dumb, needs explaining many times about the same thing. Then they promise to courier the bluetooth, but even after 2 days that doesn't happen, then they again come back asking what is the problem with the product.. they dont reply to whatsapp messages. Mobile is always switched off.
