Outstanding. High quality, very attractive unit. Assembly is involved but manuals are clear and videos are helpful. Person(s) assembling and installing should have understanding of framing and how to attach to a wall for safety reasons. As manufacturer says, should be installed by a professional or a qualified person. Lots of boxes (8 heavy ones!), super well packed. A staging area is helpful if not outright necessary given sizes of pieces. Would definitely buy again for another room!

It is not easy to open and close. We had professionals install it and they too was noy impressed pick another brand. I regret ever getting it.

I rarely write reviews but felt I needed to share this time. This is a quality product and saved me lots of money compared to buying custom with similar end result. I’m decent at furniture assembly but had to call in our handyman for this one. Also, a mix up on side cabinet. The picture showed drawers but that’s not what arrived however they did work with me on a resolution I was satisfied with.

First I must say the finished product is well worth the time it took to build. It takes a little time to figure out the instructions, But once you start it is pretty much straight forward. This made a world of difference to what my second bedroom/ office looks like. I had one problem with how to attach the pistons to the bed frame,but one call to customer service department solved the problem. The customer service is top notch. They answered the question in a language anyone can understand.I would strongly recommend this product. THANK YOU BESTAR

WAS A BAD CHOICE... THE DRAWERS DO NOT MEET UP RIGHT AND STICK OUT. THE HEAD OF THE BED HAS A HUGE GAP THAT THE PILLOWS KEEP FALLING THROUGH EXPOSING THE 2 LIFT PISTONS TO BANG YOUR HEAD ON.... ALL IN ALL I LOVE THE BED AND THE IDEA OF HAVING EXTRA ROOM WHEN I DON'T HAVE GUEST, JUST WISH I HAD SHOPPED AROUND MORE. THIS BED IS VERY POORLY PUT TOGETHER AND NOW AFTER SPENDING $ 1700. I AM STUCK WITH A HUGE MESS I CAN'T JUST GET RID OF THE ASSEMBLEY TOOK LIKE 8 HOURS SO BOOM I WAISTED OVER $1840. WIT BED AND ASSEMBLEY !!! SHOP AROUND FIRST !!!

Yes, it’s a bunch of pieces, and I’m very thankful a relative of mine that’s handy put it together – but it looks great, very sturdy, good looking piece of furniture.

Prtsmosinh and took a long time to get. Did not have in time for our company. Was upset but with the word as it is dint expect much.Was not compensate Was like they didn't care.
