These are very solid and easy to install, the back plate helps get the holes and alignment perfect

Me and my dad went ahead and took on the project of building our own door for my new house! That was a fun endeavor, but when it came down to the hardware I really wanted something simple that did what I needed it to do while not being to “showy”. This handle was perfect! It was very easy to install, came with a piece on the inside of the door to put your fingers in to move the door back and forth. And finally it came with a latch/lock like a real barn door. I will admit I wish the latch wasn’t in the doorway it times but it’s only when I actually look at it, it’s the least of my concerns!All in all I believe this is a good product! And after months the finish is still just as I bought it!

When my horrible contractor abandoned my project, I had to complete the job myself including hardware. After my new puppy slid open the bathroom door, exposing me to my sons, I finally found the motivation and the hardware-with locks- I needed. Handle was larger than I thought which looks amazing. Lesson for me is you don’t need overpriced contractor prices, do it yourself!

I loved the handle. It is steardy, and works perfectly, however, the hook to lock the door is useless. The hook its self is steardy but it is made with an angle at the actual hook part that allows it to simply slip out of the eye part that is used to lock it in place. No matter what i did I couldnt get it to stay in a locked position so I just threw it away.

I installed this pretty easily. Getting the holes 100% lined up was a tiny bit of a challenge. This replaced two regular cabinet knobs and is just so much better for what we need. Especially the lock! It keeps our kids out and that was my main goal.
