This worked for me, I needed neck support for a pinched nerve issue. Whem I added this pillow on top of my regular bed pillows, it was bliss.Also works for lying on the floor for yoga or pilates.It's NOT solid, it has some softness/give to it. I tried a few pillows, like Goldilocks, and this one was right for me. Think it's a case of trying a few things when it comes to health.

This product is lumpy and uncomfortable. I do not recommend it.

Firstly I didn’t realise or it doesn’t say that it’s shredded foam inside not a solid bar !Also the diameter is quiet small so doesn’t offer much support especially were I wanted it , the lower back. For neck support after a while the pieces inside separate so the support diminishes.

Got these as i have a low window cill and the where the perfect width to fit in the space so i could comfortably rest my feet up on it . Comfy and soft and well made .

This is NOT Memory Foam as they advertised. The filling is weird and lumpy. Overall the pillow is misshapen and uncomfortable, and the cover on it is very thin.Way overpriced for what you get. Should have just gone to Ikea.

Good size and pretty good quality

I’ve been suffering with a stiff neck and this has been an amazing help. I’ve paid a fortune to the osteopath but now I don’t need to go. I use it in bed and when I’m watching tv and it is perfect.
