I'll be honest with you in this review... What lead me to purchase these? I was suddenly very sick and lost over 30lbs in about 6 months, leaving me at about 92lbs. EVERYTHING shrunk on me, I even lost a whole shoe size! To make matters worse, it had been about 2 years since my last intamacy. It was absolutely not going to fit in! I panicked! I was under 40 years old! How could this happen? I went to physical therapy for it, and the vwell products were suggested as part of my "exercise". You start out with the size that is comfortable for you, and increase in size as you increase your exercise duration. You don't ram it in and out, that's not what it's for! You breathe deep, relax your pelvic floor muscles, and allow your body to relax and contour to the size chosen. If you can tolerate it at full insertion with no discomfort, it may be time to size up. This can take days or even weeks, so be patient. You can slow or discontinue therapy any time you feel comfortable with your progress and current size tolerance.High quality! I don't have much to compare them to, but they are very sturdy/solid (small one is flexible) while maintaining the silky softness of silicone. Easy to clean, and they come with a cloth storage bag. These saved my sex life!

Good size range, and good instuction manual! They clean easily (but let off a chemically odor?) and best of all are helping me with my tense pelvic floor.

One of the best recommended sets by professionals, price is reasonable, met all expectations. Wouldn’t go cheeper than this due to material , but they all do the same . Was happy with purchase

Using these post cancer treatment. Just having difficulty increasing to step 2 because it is such a large difference from 1 to 2. But these are very good. They are firm but enough pliability needed. Definitely would recommend. Obviously need to order water based lubricant.

I was having a problem where all of my pelvic muscles had become very tight, and my doctor recommended going to a specialized physical therapist. Because I have a very high-deductible insurance plan, I looked up the exercises online and bought this dilator kit. I have structured my own physical therapy, and the combination of the two has worked like a charm. These dilators are very high quality, very smooth, and sturdy. They are easy to use, easy to clean, and are doing the job of stretching the muscles out and hopefully strengthening my pelvic floor. There are instructions on how to use them for these purposes in the box.

The sizes are perfect to gradually increase with. The silicone is comfortable and the nice colors make them somehow less intimidating to use.

I have no issues with this set. I have a hypertonic pelvic floor and it does help to relax and release those muscles and the mind! I'm definitely satisfied with this more affordable choice.

Perfect for medical reasons. Highly recommend using lube with these. Wish there was a size between 4 & 5. Almost wish there was a 6th option.
