THE ORIGINAL FUEL STOP

Dropping the fuel gauges commonly used for check Cessna wing tanks is such a common (but expensive!) occurrence, that it's a wonder those fuel gauges don't come ready made with something like these fuel stops. But they don't, so this is a relatively inexpensive and every effective solution. One size fits all of the most common Cessna wing tank gauges. They install easily. If you have more than one type of gauge, you could move one of these around, but they are cheap enough that it makes more sense to just buy one for each and leave them there. The place where I rent has 152's, 172's and a 182. Each one takes a different fuel gauge, so I have a fuel stop on each one. Sweet!

Unless you are a masochist and like paying for preventable aircraft maintenance, you need one of these. That Fuel Hawk fuel gauge for "dipping" your tank WILL end up in the tank sooner or later with out this. There is no easy way to find and extract it. This is a must have accessory for any of the Fuel Hawk fuel gauges. Highly recommended!!!

Heard stories about people dropping there fuel gauge inside of the tank while checking the level and would rather not go down that road. Cheap product to save you the hassle

A perfect and tight fit. Never again will I drop the tube in the tank. Never. Brilliant idea that more than worth the $ because of the time spent trying to fish out a clear acrylic tube from a full fuel tank.
