I'm a nurse who uses hand sanitizer in between soap and water hand washing before and after every entrance and exit into a pt room. The alcohol based hospital provided hand sanitizer wreaks havoc on my skin. Im so glad I found safe hands. No more pain from the alcohol getting in a little paper cut or on rough hands. I think the alcohol even created some of these cuts bc it's so drying. the smell knocks you out its sostrong. SafeHands has a nice linen smell that vanishes after it dries. No burning of skin. My hands have no little cuts on the fingertips ( which I got winter thru summer) and are smoother. I love it and I found it on amazon. I originally bought it at grocery store which now only carries the wipes. But I get it from Amazon now,delivered on time and bottles intact. I cant praise safe hands enough. The active ingredient is benzalkonium chloride. NO sticky residue like some of these hand sanitizer ..my co workers even "borrow" my safe hands...for the same reasons as above.

Great alternative to alcohol base hand sanitizers. This product is very easy on your hands. Mine have yet to dry out and I used this all winter.
