Really smooth and comfortable cool fabric. A must for us ladies of a certain age that experience hot flushes that effect the head. I am in full blow hot flush season and am willing to try anything to help but wasn’t expecting much from a pillow cover but honestly It’s so good. Both sides are cool and it’s heaven to lay on, obviously nothing takes the heat away from my head but it does really make the hot flush more bearable and I don’t have to get up to sit on side of bed anymore as I can still tolerate laying down with this pillow cover. I totally recommend it and will be buying more especially as it’s so cheap for what it does

The media could not be loaded.  These are fantastic!!!If you keep your window open a crack or have a fan etc on in the room to circulate air, the case will stay cool and fresh all night!Perfect for someone like me who was constantly overheating!I also bought the blanket too! Phenomenal! I'll buy more!!

very nice pillows that keep you cool, but saying that I should also say you have to turn it around every 10 minutes or so as it does warm up. they have a nice texture and a zip fastening. very happy I bought them.

I got these as an aid to the hot nights. On arrival they were a lovely colour, felt lovely and felt cool, fantastic I thought.That night put them on my pillows and laid down, cool they said - they certainly aren't! They are even more heat creating than my normal pillow cases. I checked the next morning no instructions anywhere, I hadn't missed anything I was supposed to do.They have remained no better, in fact worse than normal pillow cases.So very disappointing- seemed to good to be true - and it was!Not cooling pillow cases, buyers be warned.

Absolute waste of money. Regret buying it. Looks amazing, but it isn't cool at all. Slightly better than a normal pillow case. But look at buying bamboo silk instead as that's shown to be effective!

I have an inability to regulate body temp. So a pillow claiming to offer such an enticing 'chill' effect sparked my interest. Quite simply, "It does". One side a soft, almost brushed feel that doesn't chill. The other a satiny feel, with a fabric that goes cold. Amazing. Sleep on them, they'll warm up obviously. However less than a minute off them and they are cold again. If this is what you are looking for, they are perfect.

Suave, aunque un poco caliente después de un rato de uso, pero nada que moleste mucho. Osea no es super fresca como la promocionan, es más "normal", pero está bien. La verdad sí la recomiendo. Es buen producto y lo recomiendo ampliamente.

I love love these pillows cases. They are cold to touch & stay cold all night. The warm side is soft & definitely warm so I haven't used that side. I have firm & thick memory foam queen size pillows & it fits great, just be careful when putting on because it will stretch too far easily. I have grey and white in these. I wish they'd add more colors like black. It is a true pure white, but the white one is see through but that doesn't bother me. Washes well on cold. I usually wash whites on hot but care instructions say cold so I'm too scared to try hot. I usually will do the white ones in a small load by itself since I do my other whites hot. I add oxy clean powder to keep it white & stain free. No need for fabric softener as they are soft on their own & wrinkle free. I dry on low heat & keep watch on them to pull them out the second I know they're dry to avoid shrinking.Overall great pillow cases, keeps my head & neck cool all night. I am only using these pillow cases now & hope they add more colors!
