Easy to handle. I do a lot of hot stone work and these make it easier to get onto the neck area.

First of all, these stones are a lot smaller than I expect. They are hard to fit my fingers in to grad the stones. They are even too small for my 8 years old son's hand. Second, they don't preserve heat very well at all. After the hot stones being left on the client's back for 5 minutes, they cool down drastically. One of the stone in the package has missing chip, and the surface is not smooth as used in the spa treatment, unless you apply oil or serum. I can easily get stone from Florida beach that is more smooth than this. Lastly, the stones do not look anything like in the pictures in the advertisement at all. grr

I purchased these to use during hot stone massages. I love the knob on top as it allows me to get a great grip on the stone. It glides well. It doesn’t stay hot very long and takes a bit longer than regular arones to heat up. Overall I really like these.

This item is usable for what I want, but the picture showed the color was black which I bought to match my other stone sets, instead I was sent a grey set, not the color I wanted.
