Good value, quality and comfortable.
I have various Lakeland chairs and while these are lighter in weight I think they’re better designed, easier to put together and comfortable.Note: you should get gorilla glue and put a bit in the sockets and mist the tenons with water. The joints are sloppy, but the glue completely takes care of the issue. Have some paper towels to immediately wipe up excess. Don’t screw the rockers with two screws until you fit the other pieces. Then screw all screws.

Great Project
Liked:Easy to put togetherAll parts fit as expectedParts were in good conditionGood Father/Son projectVery sturdy-we glued all jointsDislikes:Nine to mentionWe glued and stained the chair. Turned out muchBetter than I anticipated. If you’re just putting it together it took about 30 minutes.By staining and glueing it took a bit longer, butWorth it.I would pre-drill the holes for the pegs to avoid any splitting or cracking. But... you may be able to get away with it, we did it anyway.Great Project, Wife likes it — Bonus!!

Great value for the price!
Shipping was extremely fast. Well packaged. And you can’t beat the smell when you first open the box. The real wood is super sturdy. I bought 3 and wood burned one and just used polyurethane on the other two. All three turned out beautiful! Extremely comfortable to sit and rock in. I’m a 30 year old female - not very handy, and was able to assemble with minimal help from my husband.

Nice Chair
The chair is very nice for the price. Although some difficulty assembling. To start the short end of the rockers are front facing, not like the pictured showed, had to switch this after putting together. We did use wood glue in the holes for a more sturdy fit. Boyfriend says clamps are your friend when putting together, so the wood doesn't split. There were no pre-drilled holes for the front supports. The chair is comfortable when sitting it in, but it leans way back when empty, not a problem, but I just don't care for the way it looks. Some pieces had cracks in them, but that is just do to the wood being dry, not a defect. It could've used a light sanding before staining, but we didn't do this. Overall, the chair is nice and looks great sitting porch.

Strong and Comfortable
I am buying this chair as a present for a soon to be a mother. I figure it's a prize for the both. I'm 6-4 280lbs. and as I was assembling it, I could tell it was very well made. I kinda install the screws a little loose until all the parts are together than tighten everything up. Well,,,much to my surprise,,,I sat down slowly and soon realized this chair is very comfortable, very stable, surprisingly strong.I am confident it will make a great present. The price also is "very" fair, compared to other chairs. If your considering this, I would highly recommend it. Nice product.

Really nice front porch rocking chair
We got 2 of these for my daughter for Christmas and put one together for under the tree. It was fairly easy to put together but does require 2 people for some steps. The wood did appear to split slightly in a couple spots where screws went in but remind solid and sturdy. She plans to give them a natural stain finish to protect it from the elements. We were happy with our purchase.

lots of work!
Instructions had to be read several times before anything made sense. The leg supports were a challenge as there were no marks or predrilled holes indicating placement. Once built, we had to deal with the cracks -what a shame that there were so many cracks! I injected Weld Bond into every crack and let dry and cure for 24 hours. Then I sanded the entire chair and applied 3 coats of Min Wax Clear Polyurethane. I worked on it for several days to allow for drying and curing so I probably have about 10+ hours into this project. If you are willing to do this much work on a patio chair, then I guess it is worth the effort. It does look nice and it is very comfortable. I just hope the cracks don't weaken the structure. I only gave 3 stars due to very bad quality control.
