I love the size of these. Perfect for my first time making a hard cheese. Very sturdy.

I had never made cheese before and this mold was pretty good for a starter mold. It's not too expensive so that if you don't like to make cheese, you won't feel like you're wasting money on a hobby that you'll never do again. I made cheddar and swiss. It made cheese that was just the right size for a charcuterie board. If you want to make cheese without spending a lot of money on a mold, this is it.

I do not really MAKE cheese, but I like tvarog. So these are the perfect tool to separate regular cottage cheese from its whey. I am sure a real cheese maker will appreciate them too. They fit in my dishwasher just fine.

Product arrived in good condition as described. The molds hold up to 2 gallons cheese curds. Works well with the cheese press I ordered.

PetriStorのポリ袋に入って届きました。 中にはしっかりしたチーズ型とフォロワー、そしてフォロワーの隙間にガーゼ（チーズクロス）が押し込まれていました。 プラスチックには甘いようなロウのようなにおいがあります。洗って乾かして、一度チーズで使ったら匂いは取れました。 が、2つセットのうち1つにひびが入っていました。 圧力をかけて使うものなので、ヒビ入っているともっと壊れそうで使えません。 品して再度注文しようとしたら売り切れになって新しいのを注文できなかったことと、再入荷されるまで待てず使う必要があったので返品はできず。。。 残念です。 底の外側には小さな足もあり、しっかりホエーが切れるようになっています。 穴は底だけに開いています。 フォロワーと本体の上部の直径にギャップがあるので、それが少し使いにくいかな。 もっと上部と下部の直径の差を小さくしてくれればよかったのに。と思います。

These are great as spares. Nice to have extras. Works best with the press.
