This was a poorly designed sifter and they would not issue a return label even after they said they would.Each time you pull on the handle the metal grater inside would get caught on the wire frame, making it impossible to fully sift any significant amount of flour at one time. I didn’t even need to put the flour in to discover this fact, as it was so flimsy.The difference in time zones and incomplete responses due to the language barrier, made it frustrating to keep pursuing the refund. They did not make it easy to return as they also know this is a knock off version of what they are actually advertising.
