When this RC car arrived, the steering didn't work. I organised a return but as it was xmas, I made an effort to fault find and repair. The issue was with the controller steering potentiometer. After a bit of fiddling, I got it to work. The actual car and controller are pretty good for a cheap RC car. The design allows for repairs and so longevity. I was pleased about that as it made the repair fairly easy. Spare batteries are appreciated as well. However I shouldn't have needed to repair it out of the box.Apart from that, this toy is pretty good and robust.

Bought for 9 year old nephew who loved it. Fast and durable and good battery strength. Easy to control. He uses it mainly outdoors due to the speed...Only minor negative is that he quickly lost two of the tiny clubs that hold the cab cover in place. Easily replaced with a paper clip.

This car is very good, happy with purchase, she is so fast, everything working perfect and body style is amazing

I like the look of this truck. I wish that it came with extra batteries though. In the description it’s not clear that two pieces battery means two separate batteries to run the truck. Unlike the other four remote control vehicles I bought on Amazon which use a single battery unit. So, I will endeavour to buy extra battery (s) to play longer. But be aware the other trucks being offered by Hosim are using the single battery unit.
