Great workout bands
These bands are great and multifunctional. I love using bands to change up my weight training or to alternate on days my bones just don’t feel like being subjected to metal weights (I have osteoporosis) The only issue I have is that when I loop a band to my squat rack, the material of the band causes it to slide making it difficult to do unilateral banded glute bridges, donkey kicks, fire hydrants or any other exercise

Cheap
Bought this end of October 2023. Used it about 5 times and while using it, it ripped and whip lashed me. I heard The Xbands was a good band but not for me. Tried getting a replacement and no response or way to return it.
