I purchased the case before my Hawaii trip. I followed instructions. I watched the video. I went to Hawaii and when I used the case with my phone in it, water managed to seep into the case as I was shark cage diving. I was only 3 feet into the water. Thank goodness I realized it immediately before it completely messed up my phone.My charging port was messed up and I have water lines across my phone. I found a phone repair shop in Hawaii and spent an additional $80 to change my charging port or I'd be left without a phone.

We bought this phone case for my wife's work phone, since it seems to be the phone our children go to. Within a week of getting the case we were having issues using the front screen, options were hard to chose, typing was difficult, and people couldn't hear unless you shouted. There was also a funny buzzing noise in the background during phone calls.Fast forward to 48 hours ago and the phone ended up submersed in a toilet. We followed proper procedure and water tested before using and never had a doubt. Now we have a dead iPhone 6, a case that is worthless, and a debt to an employer thanks to your phone. Hoping your customer service is great so you can help with our issue.

This case is very sturdy and conceptually is wonderful, except that the toggle switch for the ringer/vibrate was impossible to use. You could OU the phone on vibrate, but had to open the case to take it off of vibrate. There is a small plastic piece inside the case for this switch. It was unclear if that piece was supposed to be removed or not so we took it out and tried the switch again. No luck. We replaced the plastic piece and packed the case up to return.

I've had this case 8 months. Longest I've ever had a phone. I'm a heavy equipment mechanic and farm part time. I've had in my pocket laid on it held heavy parts against it dropped it 15 ft off the ground dropped it in puddles of hyd fluid and in a full stock tank. Today when I whipped the screen I got moisture between the case and phone. For the price as hard as I am on my phone I'm impressed. Now the bad. Got to tap screen hard to text or scroll, have to open the cover on mic port or you get a buzzing noise when you make or take a call.

This lasted about 3 months before the plastic screen cracked around the edges, allowing water, dust, dirt, etc. to enter, and I was always pretty careful with it.Also, the plastic has never stayed tight to the screen, causing it to lose most of the sensitivity for the touch screen. It's still usable, but it's extremely annoying when typing because you have to push so hard; I usually use talk-to-text, to overcome this.Would NOT recommend this case to others.

I am very disappointed with this case. The front got scuffed and hazy from just being in my very soft jeans pocket for a day. It is very difficult to read in any kind of light. The silence button poked out because the case was not molded right to fit it.I removed the silence button and used it for a while but went beck to another style of case.

Beware! This product is not waterproof! Yes, I performed the water test prior to use in the ocean. Used less than 2 weeks from purchase. Not any deeper than 8 ft deep while snorkeling. I am now $313 poorer thanks to your product. Salt water corrosion! Ran to the Apple Store the next day only to pay for a replacement. Don't buy it! You'll be sorry you did!

So hard to use your phone with this case.

Fantastic product. Bought this product so that I could use my iPhone 6 whilst at Discovery Cove in Florida. All I can say is that the product works perfectly and allowed us to take some spectacular underwater footage (full submerged - see the attached pic).The case was exceptionally easy to fit and I was confident from the start, due to the build quality, that the product would be completely watertight, and it was and still is, even after taking it out of the case and re-installing a few times.Would highly recommend this product if you not only need to keep your phone dry but also want to use it submerged.

This is my 2nd I phone case as the first one wasn't suitable and neither is this one. The design is focused purely around it being waterproof, fair enough, but compromising the functionality of the phone is not what I had in mind. There is a distinct layer between the case and the phone making texting awkward and extremely slow. The menu slide up function of the phone to access bluetooth / wifi etc takes an average of 6 attempts before successful opening. The stand at the back doesn't sit flush with the case after it has been released and is put back into storage. It is ridiculously bulky and is difficult to hear the person on the other end of a phone call. For outdoor use i would give it 5 stars but for work and general use 2* is generous.

Had to remove the case to speak because people couldn't hear when the case was on. Also the rubber stand came off the back and finally the the case broke after one or two falls onto the floor. Would not recommend.

whilst it looks well made and certainly up to the job, the mute switch stuck all the time and also people could not hear what I was saying clearly. It's gone in the bin

I have antiphon 6s and used it for the first time yesterday and callers couldn't hear me speak so no use as a general phone cover.

Sound muffled!

Made the screen hard to use and people couldn't hear me when they rang. The case is now in the bin

Excellent case

The case is not waterproof. Was tested with tissue paper inside before phone added in. Would not advise to spend this much on a case that does not fulfill the brief.

A good piece of kit for the price, it arrived the following day , I have tested it in my home with a kitchen towel inserted and no leaks I will give it a big test when I'm on my vacation and write another review

Purchased the wrong one, but gave it to someone else who appreciated it.
