We use Bamboo as the main material for our products for several reason. 1- Bamboo is a biodegradable, sustainable product which means that unlike other materials it will not stay in a landfill for hundreds of years. 2 - It is made from easily forested bamboo that does not require a lot of pesticides and herbicides for its upkeep, and is easily grown. 3 - It requires less to grow in terms of land, man power and harvesting, and is a great alternative in the kitchen to wood. 4 - It's antimicrobial, as durable as any wood product, yet light weight.
