I started using these capsules after using the Murad Youth Renewal Night Cream for a couple months. I felt that maybe my skin was ready to stand up to a stronger Retinol. I'm very fair-skinned and have sensitive skin and I can still only handle using this Retinol formula twice a week or my skin gets very red. I love that the Retinol comes in individual capsules so it keeps the Retinol potent and it feels silky and smooth after applied on my skin. I can't speak to the wrinkle-fighting ability yet as I'm only using it twice a week but haven't specifically noticed anything. I felt like the price seemed a bit high for only getting 30 capsules but considering I only use them twice a week, it will last me awhile (or 15 weeks to be exact, for all you numbers people)
