The words "Deer Resistant" is nothing short of a good belly laugh. While ordering another highly recommended deer spray, I received a free can of Messina Wildlife Deer Spray. Okay, it was free so why not give it a try... my Lord it works. And you don't have to saturate the leaves, just a nice light spray does it for my plants. It doesn't last 30 days like the instructions indicate, at least not with my deer. I am completely sold and will buy many more cans for our 2 acres. Warning: You do have to actually use it for the deer to be impressed. Also, the product washes away after a rain so be sure to reapply.

This product works for up to three days at a time, not 30. Still, if you’re desperate enough, three days followed by reapplication every three days will keep your plants from being nibbled down to nothing.

I picked up my first can at a nursery here in the Pacific Northwest where deer roam the neighborhoods grazing on just about everything. This worked brilliantly and stays on for about a month before you should reapply. I liked it so much that I ordered 3 more bottles from Amazon.

I went for overkill and sprayed every week. Deer have devoured everything in their path regardless. Sorry, wanted to love this stuff but it doesn't work.
