I’ve been taking these capsules for 3 months before I left this review! I wanted to make sure the vitamin was in my system good before I gave my honest opinion & hopefully help someone out before purchasing them. First month of trying these I didn’t notice a change but I still wanted to see what the hype was about! Second month I started to see less breakout & my face was starting to clear up well. Third month of consuming them I haven’t had not one breakout & my acne scars are disappearing beautifully!!! I’ve been suffering from hormonal acne since 2019 horribly & these capsules become a staple to my skin care routine! No it’s not a miracle in a bottle but it’s definitely worth trying! Highly recommend, just give them a try & some time!!!

It sure makes the skin glowing! Can see the glow even through the make up. The results are visible after 3-4 days. Absolutely loving it! Delicate on the stomach.

Complexion

I have been taking these for 3 weeks along with a multivitamin and my skin is clearing up... I struggle with cystic acne and I know it's a problem from the inside-out. This with the multi have significantly improved the texture and appearance of my skin.. my face is usually inflamed, pores are noticeable and of course the acne. Since I've been taking this my face has purged and now I am seeing clear and healthy looking skin. I have also been drinking ryze mushroom coffee instead of my regular coffee . It helps with the inflammation I believe. I think the mixture of the multivitamin, ryze and these complexion vitamins have improved my skin and quality of life.

I love Rae Products but the Complexion vitamins taste like PLASTIC and have a horrible plastic after taste. I use the Rebalance and Calming vitamins and they have a pleasant minty taste. When I added the Complexion vitamin I immediately noticed the difference in flavor. I don’t know if it is because I ordered these from Amazon and did not buy them in store as I normally do but it is BAD.

I have nothing bad to say about these vitamins. They are easy to swallow, taste fine, smell good and for the money you cant beat it. Most importantly, THEY WORK! In a few short weeks my jawline went from broke out to cleared up quickly. My skin is starting to finally heal.
