Size: size up! Do not buy the size you wear in tops. The inner material tugs as you're putting it on and you're going to want room to wear it comfortably, without it tugging on your skin or rolling up.Smell: there's a bit of an artificial fishy smell at first but it goes away after the first use. Nothing major.Wearability: so far, so good. The material works great for it's intended purpose. You definitely start sweating immediately. The seams and stitches are practical but durable. However, I don't recommend you wear this suit during heavy weight training or any exercise where there's lots of exaggerated movement (ex: yoga). Especially if you didn't buy a size with enough wiggle room. For 2 reasons, 1) it will chafe your skin, 2) you risk popping the underarm seams as the sleeves are designed to be somewhat of a universal fit and fits slack in that area.Heat advisory: If you are like me and tend to build up internal heat rapidly, I do not recommend wearing this suit during your normal workout. I tried using this product with my normal arm and back workout and within a few mins began to over heat. I couldn't feel it on my body because the suit made that area feel almost like a cold sweat. But my neck, chest, head and face was sweating profusely and I began to feel dizzy. Now I'm using it for house chores and running errands in the neighborhood. I'm not saying this will be the case for everyone, but if you're someone who tends to build internal heat quickly, I'd refrain from using it during workouts.

I got this for my work outs. Boy did it help me get my sweat on. The most important thing is it fit and was comfortable easy to use. Good cost and deriability

I bought a small and had to reorder a size up. I love this because it really does make you sweat a lot. The only thing is it rides up and gets kind of annoying

Fits good & stretches…usually wear during my walks.

So just out of the bag it smelled awful. Like fish. I didn't even want to try it on I was pretty grossed out. I threw it in the wash before looking at it any further. After the wash, it smelled better. It fits well, and does what it is intended, its just hard to get passed that initial impression right out of the bag.

Good fabric, okay delivery but HORRIBLE SMELL and wrong sleeves, I order above elbow sleeves but was given full length.I order from Shien aswell as Amazon and other online places that warn of odd odours on fabrics but have never been so unlucky to experience it until now.Had to wash 3times with strong soaps and leave on the clothes line in wind, rain and sun for a week to get the smell out of the fabric.(It had a combination smell of chemicals and rot, very odd)
