I thought it was a throw-away pen
I've been using Uni Ball Vision Elite pens for nearly three years and love them. I've been paying approx. $2.50 each for them at a local discount store and always thought they were throw-away items. I'm very happy to find out I can buy refills through Amazon for less than half the price of the whole pen.
