London Grooming Hair Styling Clay (100ml / 3.4oz)

I love this product. It may be my new favorite hair product.I was previously using a matte separation workable wax/clay and this product is very similar.This costs a little bit more per ounce, but the texture is a bit softer and smoother. So its a little easier to apply to dry hair. It settles in a bit quicker. What I mean by that is, shortly after applying this product I'll have that 5pm hair feel I want, where I have control of my hair, but it doesn't quite look or feel like I'm using product. And that's what I aim for, a natural controlled look.*2016-12-06 Update* - I have a new appreciation for this product after I took part in a Black Friday deal where I bought Hanz de Fuko Claymation thinking it was a superior clay because of the brand and price... Nope. Not for me anyway. On the one hand, with claymation, I do need to use less product (about 1/2 to 2/3 of LGC) but if I feel I need more, my hair becomes greasier. Not the case with LGC. Its much more matte. Price aside, I prefer London Grooming Clay. It may have less hold, but has the perfect amount of hold more be to control my hair, but keep it natural.*2018-07-15 Update* It's a shame they've raised the price. $15 to $23 is a pretty big sudden leap. Not a terrible price considering how many products are $20 for 2oz. But still not great, LGC clay requires more per style. For those looking for an alternative, I'd recommend Stick more Clay Fiber. Runs about $20 4oz, but it's stronger so a little goes much further

Ugh. Awful chemical/perfume/dirty baby diaper smell. Had to wash my hair 2x to get the smell out. Threw the tin away after one use. "Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how did you enjoy the play?" --- texture was nice. Creamy. Went on smooth. Turned to cement in hair (very stiff/dry/brittle feel). And, there are chemicals in this that are on the UK "toxic" list, so... why would you use it?

Really great thickness. Smells great too.

Excellent hold, styling ability. Just need a small amount.

Bc of the good reviews I purchased it. First, it arrived a day late. Also, hold isn't as good as I wish it to be. Lack of fragrance is another thing I don't like. There are other products I like using and wish I sticked to them.
