Is this strong enough for a 14 year old who's a bit rough

Yes it is, my nephew who is 13 but built like a man sleeps in it and he says it’s not creaky or wobbly. He has broken 2 of my beds by being to rough in it.

Does the mattress slip off like on similar designed beds?

There's a very small (half an inch?) gap that the mattress can sit in. Which means it doesn't necessarily slide off the frame, but it's not sitting deeply in the frame to the point where it can't move. I've had the frame for about 2 months and my mattress hasn't been sliding off if that helps.

Do you offer after sale service. if i have to purchase it i would need help with setting it up. thanks

Do you know if a full headboard can be attached or used to cover?
