Super easy to set up with my phone.Thankfully haven’t had to use it and hopefully never will. Easy to hold and comfortable. Instructions are easy to follow.I feel so safe known I have this product

Surpassed my expectations
Wow what a handy defense gadget. I did not expect it to be this good I would highly recommend this product for safety. I purchased as I’m terrified my dog will get stolen on a walk out it’s amazing surpasses my expectations 10 fold. I hope i never have to use it but it makes me feel safer

Location doesn't work
WASTE OF MONEY. Disappointed as I paid extra for the location and text message service and it doesn't work. Your better off buying a much cheaper pepper spray as it will do the same thing. Tried everything. It's sad as the working of this product can be a life or death situation for some people. I'm glad I tried it out instead of relying on Plegiums word. Plegium please get back to me to arrange a full refund and return and I will remove my review.

Definite Purchase for All
100% worth it. Having this in my bag during late nights after work is such a unfortunate comfort for myself. Setting up was very simple and testing it out too. Be prepared though when you test it for the red self defense spray to splash ahah...The alarm sent was on the ball and let's hope I won't ever need to use it again after the test. I definitely recommend, already sent to family, friends and colleagues. Feel like it's great value for money, making me feel one step safer
