Thick and strong tape.
Not much to really say but much thicker and stronger than the competition.

Awesome stuff
I love this tape, it sticks to itself and never comes undone yet it’s easy to work with, if it accidentally sticks to itself you can still peel it off and it sticks perfectly. I will always make sure I have some of this tape on hand from now on.

Great product, easy to apply
The easiest way to describe this product?Think a roll of black electrical tape but TWO to THREE times the size.About the same thickness and consistency as the Scotch 88 electrical tape.Applying it is just as easy: Stretch and overlap by about 1/4" with each previous wind.3M says to apply the primer first, but if I wanted to get into painting the conduit being buried, I'd spend a week.I'm sure just the tape itself will be fine, at least for my application. The soil here is not that caustic, and it's not like the pipe will be exposed to any salt or acid. My goal is to prevent it from rusting through, so that the conduit can be used a few years from now for re-pulling thicker wire, if need be.Here's how to calculate how much tape you'll need:My conduit is 3/4" in diameter. The circumference is Pi*Diameter=2.34, or roughly 2.5 inches. So, each 2.5-inch wind will advance you 3/4" along the length of the pipe (1" wide tape less the 1/4" overlap with the previous wind). I have a 20 foot long pipe, so 240 inches. 240 divided by the .75 equals to 320, so it will take 320 winds to go along 20-foot lengh. Since each wind is 2.5 inches long, the length of the tape used will be 2.5*320 = 800 inches, or 66.7 feet. So, an 100-foot roll will be good enough, and leave me tape to go over the joints one or two more times.

Top is kinda sticky too
We bought this to use in our restaurant but the plates catch on the tape and throws the food so 4 stars.
