My favorite TJ seasoning
I LOVE this seasoning mix - and of course TJ did not have it when I needed it. I was so happy to find it here!Delivery was very fast, the seller wrapped the bottles very carefully, I can imagine how disappointing it might have been to get a bag of seasoning and broken glass... Not with this seller! They DO care.Definitely recommend both the TJ seasoning and the seller!

Lemony, with a bit of a kick!
I first heard of this spice blend while watching some YouTube videos. This was a frequent seasoning that was used and l was curious about it. So, I looked it up and after my research I decided to try it. I purchased the 2 bottles from Trader Joe’s so l could give one to my daughter. She actually tried it first as a seasoning on broccoli which her children never eat. She said the were asking for seconds and it was the only thing she did differently. I have a very traditional way that I make my favorite comfort food and l never vary from the way l make it. After all it is my comfort food, Chicken and Rice. So, yesterday I made a small batch, l added some Trader Joe’s Ajika Georgian Seasoning Blend. I was pleasantly surprised at the fresh taste it gave my Chicken and Rice. I have alway added a bit of heat to it in the past via hot sauce ( homemade. - old family recipe) but l held off and just used the Ajika. While it wasn’t the amount of heat I was used to having it was a pleasant enough warmth that l didn’t feel it would be too much for someone who was not used to a warm (pepper) dish. Overall, it is a seasoning blend for which l know l will find many uses in my cooking. A little goes a long way so use sparingly. Would highly recommend this seasoning as an addition to your spice racks.

Very yummy spice but Item came broken
Favorite spice but one of the bottles is shattered with pieces of glass shards within the spice mix :(And it was bubble wrapped. Sad!

Ahhh! The spice markets of the Orient... OK, SW Asia.
I happened upon this spice mixture while researching an Armenian dry-cured beef product. It sounded intriguing so I ordered the two-pack. Not disappointed! Reminded me of the spice markets I visited in Turkey and Qatar. I'm using it in a couple dry-cured meat projects now. Can't wait until they finish maturing to sample them!
