I use this little board to display magnets for photos (looks like a refrigerator). It works great and is sturdy. The surface is nice and hasn’t gotten scratched up.

Used these as backing plates for mounting boat seat pedestal bases, good heavy plate for my use

Positive Notes:- Beautiful piece of aluminum.- Flawless finish.- Packed well with protective film.- No lubricant residue.- Perfect for my use case.____________Negative Notes:I purchased the 12" x 12" x 1/8" variant.The length and width of the product I received are spot on.The depth/ thickness of mine is actually .118" (3mm) instead of the .125" (3.175mm) that was advertised.That's not a problem for my project, but if you need a sheet that is EXACTLY 1/8", beware that you might not receive it. I feel like I have to take a star off for that because I'd imagine a large proportion of the people who buy sheet metal actually need exact dimensions. The seller should mark it accurately (or take a look at QC if this is a one-off).____________Verdict:Overall, super happy with this purchase. Would recommend unless you need precisely 1/8" thickness.

Nothing to dislike. plastic on both sides, finish on both sides. Does scratch easily. I cut with ease using a small band saw. Was surprised just how acurate you can cut it. sanded the edge with regular sandpaper. Have to secure to table for drilling and sanding... If this thing spun on you it could really slice you up. be cautious and wear safety glasses. This thickness (1/16") is just right.

It's square. It's aluminum. It wasn't bent or scratched. A triumph of engineering and shipping.

Good product for home shop projects.
