The combination on the dark chocolate bars is truly delicious. They are made well.

I've been scouring the earth for a better protein bar. First, I tried to make my own. Well... That was a mess to say the least. With that epic fail, I wanted something that was as close as making my own. I tried other bars, but alas we'll just say they stink. So, I thought I'd try this. Selling points for me with JOJO's bars - very few ingredients, non-GMO, and looks like something my nose wouldn't wrinkle upon. All pluses in my book.First, I was impressed by the packaging. I didn't realize that this bar does better in the fridge. There's a lot of chocolate goodness in the Peanut Butter bar (that I realized later), so they sent a whole mini foam cooler and ice pack to keep it cold! Come on, who does that for one package? Secondly, it tastes great. Like, really good. I did make the mistake, however, of eating the bar early in the morning (when I normally eat a protein bar). This bar is a rush of chocolate for your taste buds. Definitely delicious, but not for the morning. Maybe it's me, but it's pretty sweet for morning wake up. This bar is more for a mid-afternoon snack where your taste buds are craving something sweet. Note - this is even better with vanilla ice cream. You're welcome.I will say there are slight downers: 1) It's a smaller bar. They aren't huge, but you also wouldn't want it any bigger because it is a lot of chocolate all at once. 2) Price. They are more expensive, but I think they taste too delicious to whine too much.All-in-all I definitely recommend. I'll keep purchasing the bars in the future and eating them to have a chocolate heaven experience. I also look forward to trying JOJO's other flavors as I'd like something more for the morning than the afternoon.

I like JoJo’s chocolate, and would purchase them thru Costco for $10 a package occasionally and that worked well for my chocolate “fix”, but they’ve recently stopped carrying it so I had to look for it elsewhere.If you haven’t tried their chocolate, it’s just sweet enough to help you enjoy half a bar here and there without having the sugar overload that’s found in Hershey’s chocolate. We Americans in general just eat too much sugar. This chocolate is smooth, and with the additional nuts, cranberries etc, it’s a winning combination for a light snack or finish out an evening meal.Packaging was amazing! They placed my order in a large box wrapped in packaging insulation with three ice packs which were still cold. No chance of melting! If you really want to buy this chocolate, they do a great job, unfortunately, I will not purchase at this price again. $30 for 14 small blocks of chocolate is just too expensive for me. I’ll go through the effort of making my own from now on.

I've been trying to drop some weight and a friend of mine told me about this chocolate that she had purchased at Costco. I don't have a Costco membership, so of course went on Amazon.I normally only purchase items that Amazon Prime, but had to try this chocolate so made an exception. I received it extremely fast and the box had a little dry ice in it to prevent the chocolate from melting during shipping.The selling point of the chocolate is it's high in protein (5 grams per serving), low in sugar (8 grams per serving), low in calories (160 calories per serving) and helps curb cravings.The bag has 7 bars in it and they are bigger than I expected. I love dark chocolate and this didn't disappoint. It's full of nuts and dried cranberries. I often eat protein bars while at work to try and hold me over until the next meal, but never feel satisfied after a protein bar (that has 200+ calories!). I have a sweet tooth and one of my problems is I'll get a package of something sweet, intending to eat only 1, but end up ending the entire package. I have no control. I didn't have that problem with the chocolate bark. It's extremely satisfying and is so rich that it does a much better job at curbing my cravings. I could probably be satisfied with only a half of a bar.I love the story behind how the maker of this chocolate came up with it (it's on the back of the package). I'm very pleased with this purchase and will be back for more!

I just was about to reach for an Almond Roca to satisfy that mid afternoon sugar craving and then thought of my bag of JoJo's chocolate bark and that sounded BETTER. I love me some good dark chocolate and this stuff is phenomenal. It has pistachios and cranberries in it for a perfect texture with smoothness and a little crunch. What I didn't realize is it has casein protein in it. Each bar has 5 grams so not only are you satisfying your chocolate/sweet tooth, you are getting a protein boost to help stabilize the glucose intake. This is just about the healthiest "candy bar" you could ever eat because of the antioxidants naturally found in chocolate, the small amount of added protein and nuts to stabilize the effect on your blood sugar and the fact that you are now NOT going to eat a Twix or whatever candy your weakness happens to be.The bars are a good size too, I was surprised just how big each one is. I haven't been following a specific diet plan but I do try to make good choices in what I eat and if I were able to eat one of these on any diet I'd be happy. Since they are portioned out (one a day) and it could be my special treat each day it would work for me.The bag I got is a one week supply if I were to eat one bar a day. I was sent one bag free to try and if I felt inclined to write a review of my experiences. After realizing how much these have been working for me and how delicious they are I jumped right on the horn and looked these up so I could share my experiences.

The suppler packaged the chocolate insulated and with ice, however it was melted when opened. Great try. Wonderful chocolates.
