I won a Great British Bake Off-style contest, amongst friends, with this baking mat. I baked macarons on both the mat and parchment paper. The mat worked much better, both for consistency of shape and my macarons just seemed to set up better on the mat. I only wish I'd bought more than one so more of my cookies would have worked better.

This is a great baking mat to use when making macarons. It takes the hassle out of drawing your own templates on parchment paper, and it's reusable and easy to clean. Does exactly what it says. The guides are a good size, and I've made several batches of shells at this point without losing any to sticking. Good product.

This product works very well and has held up well after continued use. I use it to make macarons as well as mini pavlovas and they never stick and always cook evenly.

Multipurpose baking mat - I've used for both baking and rolling out cookies. Cleans very easily with a soapy cloth and rolls up to store in your cupboard.

I have purchased several of these mats. My macarons never stick to them and they are honestly a lifesaver!
